Dear Friends of KCMH,
KCMH is coming to the close of one of the most challenging years in our history. As many of you are aware, KCMH has been undergoing a series of changes in personnel this fall. None of the changes were made lightly - each involved a lot of discussion, and many prayers were poured into all the decisions made by the Board of Directors. As we go through these transitions, the one thing upper-most in our hearts and minds is to make sure that each change will ensure that KCMH continues to "Keep Christ Most High" in the Ozarks and beyond. KCMH is God's station. We are merely the workers. You can be certain that KCMH will continue to bring you the Good News of Jesus Christ through the various programs and music you hear on this station every day.
During this holiday season, as we come to the end of the year, KCMH would like to express our deepest gratitude to all of you who have so faithfully provided financial support for this ministry. We appreciate each and every one of you!
Whether you are a long-time listener, or just recently tuned in, no doubt you have been blessed by something that you've heard: a song, a message, or something from a call-in program. We are always encouraged when we hear from our listeners, like the following:
"I've been blessed by KCMH radio since the mid 90s. I stumbled on the station accidentally. It was God's will for me to get the comfort I needed at the time, I had lost 7 people in my family within a 3 year time frame. KCMH has blessed me beyond measure, and I thank God for the comfort I still receive from listening to KCMH daily. God bless all of you at the station..." (name withheld)
"Dear KCMH, I'm sure sometimes you wonder if you are making a difference. I just want to tell you how MUCH God uses KCMH in my life and the lives of my children. I couldn't count the number of times that I have turned on the radio while I was driving and hearing EXACTLY what I needed to hear from the Lord. There have been so many divine appointments I couldn't even count them all. God is using your station in such mighty ways - I know there are people praying, it couldn't happen otherwise. Thank you for your heart for the Lord, and thank you, Lord, for the people at KCMH." Thankful Listener
"...Enjoy listening to KCMH. It's such a blessing to me. I lost my husband of 44+ years in November, and I've been lifted up by KCMH." (name withheld)
For some reason the Lord has seen fit to use KCMH to deliver His comfort to the hurting, His healing to the broken, His peace to the troubled, His mercy to the seeking, His joy to the faithful, and His love to all who listen.
As we have continued to move forward by faith, through many changes and challenges, God has indeed been faithful to us. It is by faith and God's provision through many friends like you that we ask for your help today to meet a final challenge for 2012. That challenge is the need for almost $18,000.00 in gifts between now and December 31st to finish this year and begin next year financially strong. We are running almost $18,000 behind on contributions. As the difficult economic times continue to plague all of us with rising prices and shrinking dollars, we know that you are dealing with financial issues also. You can make a tremendous difference in this effort with your faithful response. No gift to KCMH is too large or too small - all gifts are appreciated, and each one is an investment in touching lives with the Gospel here in the Ozarks and beyond. We need your help. Please ask God what He would have you do.
Your gift of ANY amount WILL MAKE ALL THE DIFFERENCE AS WE SEEK TO MEET THIS $18,000 NEED. If you can't afford to send a gift, please keep the ministry of KCMH in your prayers.
Thank you in advance for your urgent Holiday gift. We've enclosed a self-addressed return envelope for your convenience. We pray that God will continue to bless you and your family, and ask you to please pray that the Lord will be honored through our ministry and that His word will reach and encourage the people in our communities.
We look forward to hearing from you during December.
